Post Chalet
Just had a "outstandingly" fun weekend at East Coast Chalet with my Rovers 28th Com members. It was meant to be a appreciation cum handing over thing for the 27th Com and alumni but guess we ended up having most of the fun ourselves =) . The turn out was rather good as we have alumni members dating back to the (I think) 20th com coming round to give us their support. It kind of reminds me of the good old days in NJ OAC where we have the certain traditions-to-up-hold and the family-family kind of feel. Once again I am so glad I took the opportunity to join this com.

Its has been ages since I had a chalet (Think it has been about 3-4 years) and its quite fun to be doing those "chalet" kind of things again like mahjong, charades and food! Anyway we played an wicked game called "psychiatrists" which stir up quite a mountain of sh*t /gossip/ 京报 news(hope I type correctly. My Chinese is so totally a gonner). Yeah, for those that know this game you should know why i call it wicked. Those that don't? Ask me next time you see me.

No pictures from the chalet yet. Didn't want to use my handphone cause we already go 2 digital cameras circulating around. I shall go bug Wai Han for photos.

Rovers December trips
Remember the in the last few post i mention about December trekking trips to Malaysia? Well all the slots are snap up within the first day of booth! That about 90 vacancy in all. Didn't know there are so many trekking enthusiast in NUS or maybe our publicity cell is doing a extremely good job ( I happen to be in it muahaha). But I do feel a bit bad to those that we have to turn down due to limited vacancy. Lesson learn: have to be FAST, very FAST, when it come to registration.

Wish List
Anyway I shall list down a wish list I have. Well mostly are trekking stuffs. (Well not really a wish list. A wish list is merely wishing. Its more like a things-to-get-if-got-money list)

1. 60+10 Tatonka backpack plus rain cover
2. Camelbak waterbag
3. Water proof ziplock/bag
4. Field Chair
5. Hammock/Sleeping bag
6. Mosquito coil container? (Don't know what it is exactly called)
7. Olympus waterproof camera
8. Frying pan

Think thats all for now. Will add on if I remember more stuff. If only I win tomorrow TOTO, I will be able to get all them in a flash. But alas, never buy at all so chances of winning is a big fat zero. =(

P.s boring post without any pictures. Will upload all the photos from the chalet when I get them.
